How to correct the category in the BrightCloud website?
Web-cc category for the url's are downloaded from the BrightCloud website to the Aruba Controller.
To check the category downloaded by the Aruba Controller, use the command - "show gsm debug channel web_cc_info" which should show the category downloaded for the url requested by the user.
Using the below link, category for the url can be verified in the BrightCloud website.
If the url is categorized incorrectly then you need to send an email to 'email@example.com' and they will help us reclassify it within 24 hours.
Once the url is categorized correctly, we need to clear the cache in the controller using the command - "clear web-cc cache <md5_1> <md5_2>"
After clearing the cache, controller will again, download the category from the BrightCloud website and it should now have the correct category.
Customers can also directly send email to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to reclassify the category in the BrightCloud.
BrightCloud team will validate the category and update it accordingly.
