Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba VIA Version.

In Windows 8 RT we cannot install .exe files as it only allow to installs apps.

If users try to install VIA on windows RT client it will show below message.

“The app that you are trying to run is not supported on this version of Windows”

NOTE: VIA for Windows RT is not supported as of 6.3 AOS and for later releases kindly check Aruba Release Notes or call Aruba Support for any assistance.
