Controller Based WLANs

How AMSDU operates in Aruba wireless

Station sets the AMSDU bit in Wi-fi QOS header to mark the packet as AMSDU. AMSDU packet from station is sent to controller which performs de-aggregation and forwarding. New counters have been added in datapath which monitors incoming AMSDU(s) from AP, number of de-aggregated frames and failures if any. AMSDU failure counter represents AMSDU parsing error and ideally it should always be zero. Currently only opensystem and AES opmode is supported.
