How do I auto provision RAP2/RAP5 as a remote AP without using the RAP console page?

Product and Software: This article applies to the Aruba Controller Series 3000, 65x, and M3. This article also applies to ArubaOS RN code and ArubaOS 5.x and later.

To configure auto provisioning for RAP2/RAP5 as a remote AP without using the RAP console page:

1) Add the MAC address of the AP to the RAP whitelist.

2) Specify the ap-group name in the RAP whitelist.

3) Edit the ap-group and map the provision profile that is already created.

4) In the provisioning profile, check the Remote-AP checkbox and specify the Master IP.
