To download the MMS logs, follow these steps:
SSH session: Login to the MMS through the ssh session:
Username: root Password: public <it will be different if you change the password> /var/log/: -----------
Messages, messages.1, messages.2, messages.3, messages.4 (if available) /opt/apache-tomcat-5/logs : --------------------------------- mms.log
WebUI
1) Login to the MMS through the GUI.
2) On the bottom right corner, click the 'tech-support information' link. You do not need to launch dashboard to get this link.
Another screen is displayed where you can download tech-support info, logs, and crash files.
