After you have uploaded a company logo to Configuration > Security > Access Control > Guest Access, it appears stretched
The software expects a logo with a size of 600 x 100 pixels and it tries to adjust logo to this size. As a result, the logo is stretched.
To resolve this issue, you can either crop/scan the logo from the source so that the size is 600 x 100 pixels, or you can add white space.
To add white space at the end of logo using Microsoft Paint, follow these steps:
1) Create a new file using Microsoft Paint.
2) Copy and paste your logo and save the file.
3) Crop the picture to the 600 x 100 pixel size. The size of the picture being re-sized is displayed at the bottom right corner of the window.
* You can also use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to crop the logo to right size.
Here is what the logo looks like after you add white space to right of it.
