Controller Based WLANs

How do I obtain user information from the master controller in a master-local redundant configuration?

Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba Mobility Controllers and ArubaOS 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3.

In a large deployment, master controllers can have a large number of associated local controllers. In this deployment, locating the user location information, such as the controller and access point the user is associated to, is challenging without the use of a management product such as AirWave or Mobility Management Server (MMS).

In ArubaOS 2.5, user information can be obtained with the "show user global-user-map" command. However this command is not available in ArubaOS 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3.
