How do I repair the RF_Protect database?

Product and Software: This article applies to all RFprotect versions.

 

1. Start the Firebird service.

2. If repairing a Distributed database, use the Windows Services application.

3. If repairing a Mobile database:

     a. Open a command prompt.

     b. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Network Chemistry\RFprotect Mobile\Firebird\bin.

     c. Type in "fbserver -a -n" (without the quotes).

4. Doubleclick the appropriate batch file to start the repair process.
