Controller Based WLANs

How does Aruba process packets with the TOS bit set after the packets are encapsulated into tunnels?

Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba controllers and ArubaOS versions.

Aruba system always inherits the priority mappings in the outer headers when encapsulating.

The following is an example:

With split tunnel on a remote AP setting the TOS value to 26, you will see the DiffServ in the sniffer has value 01101000.

ip access-list session icmpqos
    any any svc-dhcp permit
user any svc-icmp route src-nat queue high tos 26
    any any any permit
