How to collect AP tech-support logs from the controller as a file?
Q:

How to collect AP tech-support logs from the controller as a file?

A:

To generate the AP tech-support log as a file on the controller:

# show ap tech-support ap-name <AP-NAME> <AP-NAME-Techsupport.log>

Then to copy the file from the controller to a TFTP server:

# copy flash: <AP-NAME-Techsupport.log> tftp: <TFTP server IP> <AP-NAME-Techsupport.log>

Example:

(Rajaguru-3600) #show ap active
