Controller Based WLANs

When VIA fail over is configured and when you connect from the client you will be able to connect to the first profile fine but when you disconnect that and try to connect to the other profile you keep getting an authentication popup and it will not authenticate fine.
This happens only in the code version 2.1.1.3 previous codes does not have this issue.

REASON:

via_auth_domain_suffix , the flag that informs via to either use or strip the domain name specified while sending username in the authentication request. In the earlier versions it ignore this flag and send the domain name always to the controller But in the latest release 2.1.1.3 there are  some code fixes done

SOLUTION

Have to enable this option “ Domain Suffix in VIA Authentication” under  VIA connection profile to send the domain name.
