What is the hexkey and passphrase for WEP and TKIP?

Product and Software: This article applies to ArubaOS 2.5.x.

 

On the controller with encrypt disabled, issue the following command: 

# show dot1x ap-table Static-wep 

Static-WEP Key Information 
-------------------------- 
AP-MAC Key1/Size Key2/Size Key3/Size 
------ --------- -------- --------- 
00:0b:86:c1:ad:68 12:34:56:78:90/40-Bit(T) Key Not Set Key Not Set

This output shows the passphrase and the corresponding converted hexkey for WEP in brackets ().

You can also find out the WPA pre-shared keys for all the APs by issuing the following command: 
# show dot1x ap-table Tkip
