  Configurable ESSID in WLAN profile in IAP 4.2



A:
  • The SSID name is same with SSID profile name before 4.2.
  • Now in 4.2 we can change SSID name with SSID profile unchanged

 

Show advanced options—ESSID

If we don't set the ESSID name it will be same with the SSID profile name.

 

 

 

 

IAP (config) # wlan ssid-profile test

IAP (SSID Profile "test") # essid test-psk

  • show network/show clients
