How to create Custom Role-Based User Management access for Aruba Central



A:

The Managed Service Portal administrators can now create, modify, clone, and delete custom roles. The custom roles can be configured to set either view-only or modify access rights for applications hosted on Central.

Role based access control is supported only for the following applications and modules :

  • Group Management
  • Network Management and its modules such as Configuration, Troubleshooting and Other Modules.   You can also block users from accessing these Network Management modules
  • Guest Management
  • Presence Analytics
  • Clarity
  • Other Applications

Global settings and Users & Roles :
