How to find FCC ID of an IAP ?

Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba Instant Access Points (IAP's) running Aruba InstantOS.

Customer sometimes would request for FCC ID of an IAP inorder to fetch more information from FCC (Federal Communications Commission) related to device.

Customer or the assisting engineer can execute the below command in CLI mode to know the FCC ID of an IAP:

IAP# Show about

  1. Get access to SSH of an IAP
NOTE:  On Instant WebUI, make sure you enable "Terminal Access" option under Settings -> General  for SSH access.


        2. Login into IAP with Username and Password  (Default Username: admin   Default Password: admin)

       3. Execute the below command :  

             IAP#  Show about

As you see in the below image:
