Regulatory domain considerations when converting IAP to Campus Access Point (CAP)

Environment  :  This article applies to all Instant Access Points (IAP's) running Aruba InstantOS and being converted from IAP to CAP.

 

  As part of conversion it is required to perform a regulatory check to verify there is a regulatory match between the IAP and the physical controller. This check is mandatory to maintain compliance to Aruba Network regulatory filings.
 
The required behavior between Aruba Instant AP and Controller that has been converted to an ArubaOS AP is as shown in the below image.
