Support access with password expiry feature on Aruba Central
In some situations, Aruba Support Team might need access to Customer's Central account from the backend. In those cases, enabling "Support Access" under "User Management" allows Aruba support or Engineering team to access Customer's Central account remotely for troubleshooting purposes. Starting Aruba Central version 2.3.1, Support Access comes with password expiry feature. This could be used to choose the number of days( between 1 and 5) to grant access for the TAC/Engineering to access the Account, but no longer than 5 days. The Password will be auto generated each time when clicking "get password" option after enabling "Support Access".
To enable Support Access with Password expiry on:
- Maintanence -> User Management -> Actions -> Support Access ON
