What are the possible ways to access the customer central account for troubleshooting?



A:

For troubleshooting at times we may require to access the customer central account.

There are two possible ways we can access the customer central account.

1. Requesting customer to enable "Support Mode" under User Management option.

 

 

2. Request customer to add our email address in User management option as shown below:
