  • ‘black dot’ before the serial number in subscription management indicates that device *never* connected to central.
  • ‘blue dot’ before the serial number in subscription management indicates that device *is* connected and is UP on central.
  • ‘red dot’ before the serial number in subscription management indicates that device is currently *down* on central but was Up earlier.
