A: When do we get Firmware upgrade failed error as shown below in Aruba Central even though IAPs are in latest code.

Solution:
This error will occur if the VC IAP lost the communication through the central and the code is upgraded through IAP itself and not through Aruba central.
This error should disappear by rebooting the VC so that it can initiate SSL tunnel towards the Aruba central and rectify the conflict.
In the below screenshot we can see that error has been disappeared for one of the VC (IND-Chennai) after reboot.
