Running 11 IAP-105's. Has anyone had problems with clients that will not connect, clients showing inconsistent signal strength, or inability to hand off clients from one AP to the next.? What solutions did you come up with?

I appreciate the response. This has been going on since we installed the IAP 105's around the beginning of the year. Support keeps having me upgrade and tweaking the config. I have not had success with any version that we have run. I have no confidence in the product at this time. I was more interested to see if anyone has had success with using the IAP 105's.

Can you please post the config here? Also please consider downgrading. I have a client with 78 105's in a single cluster.

I have another with over 1000 chrome books in another cluster.

In the SSID settings, please check off the broadcast filter arp.

Have you tried 3.3.0.2 code yet?

Thanks for looking at that for me. I will look into making the config change that you suggested.

I hesitate to do anything with changing the version since I've been having these troubles when I was running 3.3.0.2 code back in August.

Back on 8/21/2013 I opened a ticket with support Case # 1449645 and I was running version 6.2.1.0-3.3.0.2_38733.

Support called it a problem with a sticky client and blamed it on the Samsung Galaxy S3. Resolved problem by maxing out the signal output.

    Current Case # 1469593

Support calling the problem a sticky client and blames it on iPod. Lowered the signal output and upgraded OS version.

Mine seem to hand off but do stay on a weak AP too long..Are they adjustments I can make to instant to have it hand off sooner? I have a lot of ap's and coverage so no need to stick to an ap too long.
