Recently replaced a failed IAP with a new one and now I get an Alert/Active Fault as noted in the Subject in the VC web UI.  The MAC is that of the failed IAP—how do I stop this alert from being displayed since this IAP will never be reconnected to the network.

    Thanks.

The old AP is listed in the configuration as an allowed AP.

    Like this:

    allowed-ap 6c:f3:7f:c9:a3:f0

From telnet connection to vc, enter the command:

    no allowed-ap 6c:f3:7f:c9:a3:f0

Thanks for chiming in Matt, but I did this and the issue persists.
