    Last week sometime, I updated my Airwave box to 8.0.4.1.  Last night I decided to update my Office IAPs to 4.1.1 firmware from 4.0.0.4.  Its a mix of 105s,135s, and a 225.

     

    I am now getting the error

     

    Error--- Cannot compare policies from different models desired[6.3.1.0-4.0.0] actual[6.4.2.0-4.1.1]

     

    Something similar happened in August when I upgraded the firmware on my IAPs, but the latest Airwave didn't support the firmware.  Before I attempted this I read the update notes for 8.0.4.1 and it says that it now supports 4.1 AND 4.1.1

     

    AirWave Support for Instant
    AirWave 8.0.4 supports the following Instant features:
    l Instant 4.1.1 CLI in template mode.
    l Instant 4.1 and Instant 4.1.1 GUI Config (IGC)

     

    I have checked all the aps and they all have the latest firmware.   Am I missing something?

    In the Group --> Instant Config --> Airwave --> Airwave settings (see below).  You need to migrate the policy version to 4.1.1 Screenshot 2014-10-22 09.31.51.png

    Hello , 

     

    I have the same problem with my Airwave and mismatched. I updated my airwave and my APS to the last version . Airwave to 8.0.4.1 and Aps 6.3.1.8-4.0.0.7_44641 and the error is the same that you had. 

     

    I changed the option that seth said but its does not work and i have also the mismatched
