We have IAP's in Airwave we don't want to be managed, we've tried unchecking a couple options but haven't figured out how to allow management from the local IAP GUI and stay in monitoring in Airwave.

Options we tried on the IAP VC and Group for the particular VC in Airwave:

    Aruba GUI Config - Yes

Enable Instant GUI Config - Yes

You should set "Manage local configuration on controllers" to NO.

We already have that set to NO and still can't manage them locally.

    Manage local configuration on controllers:
This option enables/disables the management of local configuration including audit, push and import operations

Are you sure the IAPs are in the group you are editing? Did you save and apply changes from Airwave?

100% sure IAP's are in the group for the location and hit save/apply. If we toggle Manage local configuration on controllers from No to Yes and back to No it says " There are no changes to be applied."

Manage should be Off.  IGC should be Off.

what version of Airwave and what version of Instant AP?

Looks like turning off IGC allowed for management locally. Thanks!
