    Hi,

     

    Aruba ap 93 unable to join the aruba controller in remote location over MPLS cloud

    When it was provisioned in a main office, it was able to join the controller

    After sending to the remote location, It is unable to join the controller, I also checked the firewall policy, There is no any block.

     

    Extreme switches are being used as LAN switch and this AP is not connected in same vlan

     

    What are the chnges need to be done in order to join the controller ?

    You might have to reduce the MTU in the AP system profile.  Go to configuration> wireless> AP configuration.  Find the ap-group that the AP93 should be in (start with default) and edit that.  Expand AP> AP System.  In the SAP MTU box enter 1400 and click on Apply.  See if the AP will come up.
