    Hi All,

     

    I know this has been asked many times before, the process to recover the password is to reset back to factory.

    However, what is the process when the Aruba's are in a mesh topology and controlled by the 'Instant Virtual Controller'?

     

    Do you perform the reset on the 'master' and that will reset all devices to factory, or does each device need to be reset?

    Factory reset will reset all devices, but you will need to physically plug the mesh devices into a local lan to provision them as mesh devices again.
