    Hello, I am writing in Turkey. I work in the hospital's data processing unit. We use 20 ARUBA IAP 205. We can not get the efficiency from this device. There is a modem next to the ACSESS point. The modem has a better acsess point.

    - What client are you using?

    - What band is the client connecting to?

    - Are you using encryption on that SSID?

    - Do you have "Broadcast Filtering" under advanced in your SSIDs set to "ARP" or "all"?

     

    All of these things can affect performance.

    - What client are you using? (Android OS and Windows OS)

    - What band is the client connecting to? (2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz bands)

    - Are you using encryption on that SSID? WPA-2

     Do you have "Broadcast Filtering" under advanced in your SSIDs set to "ARP" or "all"? (I will ask the authorized company we bought the product)
