    Hello,

We have a customer with 10 x IAP-105 and 40 x IAP-115 in the same Instant cluster. They are all running the same version of code and all is working. The VC is on the IAP-115.

Is there an easy process of upgrading both the IAP-105's and the IAP-115's at the same time. At the moment they are physically removing the 105' and upgrading them on a stand alone network then reinstalling them.

You should be able to ugrade using http ftp or tftp.  Directly uploading the file is only available for clusters with the same model access point.  Again, you can use http, ftp or tftp for access points with multiple classes:  http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_41_WebHelp/InstantWebHelp.htm#UG_files/IAP_maintenance/Firmware_Image_Server_in.htm?Highlight=upgrade

If the customer has different models of AP in the same cluster is there a way of upgrading them without removing them and splitting the cluster etc?

    Hi ,

Yes it is possible through Airwave or by specifying URL to download the Image according to the Hardware if IAPs are connected to Internet
