    I am trying to test how to block rogue AP and tried enabling hotspot on the laptop which is connected to IAP. but IAP does not block it.

    You should be able to see the other network as Rogue/Interferring.  Containmnet is not on by default.  Depending on what version of code you are on you will need to bring up the IDS configuration.
