    Hi!

In my network I have configured 4 AP’s Aruba AP-105 in instant mode (virtual controller). There is one SSID for guest (open WLAN with Internet access).  Does instant mode allow to authenticate AP’s via external RADIUS server (only AP’s – not clients)?

I want integrate my network with bigger central-managed system (mainly RADIUS functionality).

    Thanks in advance!

Yes you can. Create a new Employee network and choose enterprise as the authentication method, this is where you can specify External radius as the authenticator.

To be sure, it still involve authentication of AP's only, not clients?

Authenticate APs? I apologize I misunderstood.

In what fashion do you want to authenticate the IAPs? When an IAP comes online on the network it attempts to authenticate to your radius prior to coming online? is that correct?
