Can an IAP-275 be powerd by 802.3at or does it need a special injector? The radios will not come up on this one. Here is the output from the CLI "Shutting down radios due to insufficient POE voltage [power profile 2]"

Looking at the switch port the IPA is drawing 15.4 watts

Can you enable LLDP on your switch port and see if that helps?

The AP-275 does need 802.3at.   No special adapter is required.

    What switch are you using?

Enabling LLDP on the 2960-S-24PS did the trick. Thank you very much for the quick responses.
