    Hi,

It looks like I have an issue when I'm creating a Guest WLAN and using the captive portal.

I would like to "bypass" this portal for specific MAC addresses.
I have enabled the option, added the mac@ as username & password, but i still have the portal page.

Also, do you know if it is possible in this portal to only include the banner ? without the email field ?

    Thank you very much.

Thank you for your quick answer, unfortunately I'm running on IAP-105 without controller.

Thus, I don't have all these settings,

This is what it looks like:

Please search the support knowledgebase here:  http://support.arubanetworks.com/KNOWLEDGEBASE/tabid/133/Default.aspx for mac authentication instant.

One article I pulled up in the search is here:  https://arubanetworkskb.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/HowTo/R-1471

Again thank you, this article is exactly what I'm looking for:

    https://arubanetworkskb.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/HowTo/How-do-I-configure-Captive-Portal-with-MAC-authentication-on-an-SSID-in-Aruba-Instant

Unfortunattely, I'm not able to choose the "Enforce MAC auth only role" in the role based access role.

The only option I have are "Network Based" or "Unrestricted". ( I'm using the internal database).

It looks like this option is only there when I use an external database server.

Well the second method is working properly, but it doesn't really match what I'd like to do.

1 SSID: - A captive portal with legal notice for users (without auth.)
                   - unrestricted access with mac @ for printers, ...

I guess the only way to do this is to go with a radius, or to user 2 diffrent SSID.
