Cell phone - captive portal splash page cannot be diaplayed

    We have one guest ssid configured for captive portal acknowledged , issue we are facing is splash page says it cannot be disaplyed when tried from cell phones from PC it is working fine.

     

    from cell phone they cannot get IP

    Are you saying that the cell phone does not get an ip address?  What kind of cell phone?

    Network Assigned - they get IP from DHCP.

    What is the URL in the browser that it says cannot be displayed?

    Also have a look at your security /access rules. For testing purposes remove them if any and add only the allow any destination.
