Our Wireless network is on vlan 30.  Our wired computers and printers are on vlan 10.  Servers are on vlan 254.  Clients connected to the "STAFF"  ssid are getting IP's from the same DHCP server as the wired PC's

Wireless clients can ping wired PC's and servers but not printers.

client 10.10.30.86 can ping server 10.10.254.10 (AD controller and DHCP server)

client 10.10.30.86 can ping PC 10.10.10.129 (PC)

PC 10.10.10.129 can ping pritner 10.10.10.19

client 10.10.30.86 can not ping printer 10.10.10.19

What role are your users in? Make sure you're not blocking ports required
    for printing.

Are the devices configured for the printer or are you trying to do discovery
    (AirPrint, DLNA print, etc)?

These are network printers that I am trying to install.  They have static IP's on vlan 10.  All wired computers on the vlan 10  find them easily.  When I try to install them on a PC connected to my IAP (vlan 30), they cannot be found.

When I ping any other device on vlan 10 (10.10.10.x) I get a valid response.  When I ping the printers IP (10.10.10.19)  it does not get a response.

Right, but are you trying to add them by IP or via discovery? If you
attempting by discovery, try adding via IP.

I have tried both, neither worked.  Interestingly enough, when I tried to connect a MAC laptop, the computer discovered (via Bonjour) the printers, but would not print due to a "communication failure".

what is your routing device in all this? are all VLANs tagged on interfaces of all APs? is your AP doing any broadcast / multicast dropping?
