successful ping from the ap to the world and to device.arubanetworks.com .. , aruba iap ver 188.8.131.52-184.108.40.206_48994
upgrade to newer version didn’t help (220.127.116.11-18.104.22.168_51810) , also i have tried to erase and to start the iap in other network segment with deffrent network equipment .. still i cant get the Cloud Activation Key , Has anyone have a similar problem ? !

On the commandline you should type "show log system" to see if you see any messages with APAS. Ultimately if you cannot figure it out, you probably need to contact TAC.

thank you for your message here is the output from the IAP , it seems that the IAP have network connection to aruba servers but i get the following output : APAS provision failed, code: fail-prov-no-shipped
still no Cloud Activation Key .. :(

It seems that it cannot, you should contact TAC.
