Any pointers why Central Cloud Guest would be greyed out for version 6.4.4.4-4.2.3.0_54225 (firmware status up to date) using IAP205? All other features working fine including basic captive portal and AppRF.

    Thanks Matt

Kindly attach a screen shot of exactly what configuration you are pointing at to be greyed out?

    thanks.

I have attached a screen shot showing the Cloud Guest option grey in Splash Page options and also in the left hand menu bar. 2nd screen shot is the AP type and firmware version.

    Many Thanks

    Matt

There are two 205 IAPs in Central with clients connected and reporting application usage via AppRF, they are also showing as having up to date firmware. Is there something else I am missing to enable Cloud Guest?

    Thanks again

    Matt

There are no IAPs up and active in the MR Central group, where you are trying to enable cloud guest. Can you get some IAPs active and up!

There is an AP up in the default group but Cloud Guest is still greyed out.

I had the same issues where cloud guest was grayed out. My issue is different then the older post which seemed to be code related. I updated to the latest code 6.5 code and then also downgraded to the latest 6.4 code. My issues (2017) is that there are Service Subscriptions for Cloud Guest and Presence Analytics. Once I assigned a cloud guest license I was up and running. Go to Global Settings - Device and subscriptions - Subscription Assignment - At the top of the page there is a slider for Devices - Slide this over to Network Services. This is where you can assign a Cloud Guest license
