    Are there two DHCP servers in your environment?

    Hello Colin,

     

    We do have only one DHCP server for this particular SSID/VLAN.

    But unfortunately, we do not manage it. Do you think it is because of two servers in place or due to server error.

    I do not know of any reason why you would have different mac addresses assigned to the same ip address, unless you had two DHCP servers...

    Two issues here:

     

    Our DHCP server IP address pool is exhausted. IAP had default inactivity timeout for 24 hours, now changed for 12. Also adding another VLAN for additional DHCP address range.

    What is your current dhcp lease time?  Change it to something like 4 hours and adjust the inactivity to match or lower.
