Unfortunately no. Think of them as completely different products.

Dell is longtime OEM partner Aruba and both are of the same hardware and both updated version is the same.

    Yes,

But if there are any problems with your network you cannot get support, because that configuration is not supported.

    So it can be done.
By converting Dell variants code the Aurba, i will not get support from Dell if i have problem with my network.

Nothing is documented to support that action. Know that undertaking that, should one of the IAP's brick or break, there is no recovery and support likely will not help recover.

Dell products run separate code and have different EEPROM and hardware MAC addresses/OUIs. As such, any signed code or otherwise may cause irreperable damage to the flash/firmware and make make one or the other unrecoverable.

So should you attempt, just be aware of the risks. While they use the same hardware, they are very much different in terms of firmware and internals (macaddr, any signed certs in the TPM, etc).

I understood on fw , code, mac addr & etc... Appreciate documented agreement with OEM so that it can be done knowing the above on different variants code by paying a convertion fee by Aruba versa by DELL or by other OEMs.

There is not, and likely will not be, any agreement between OEM vendors to convert between Dell and Aruba, or our other OEMs.

May i know why? Was it being discussed before as part of the agreement before Aruba allowed thier products to have OEM partners.

Most network OEM agreements don't allow for simple conversions between products. Anything more is outside the scope of this discussion. The bottom line is Dell products are Dell, and Aruba is Aruba, even if they use the same hardware, because they have their own internal machinations in how products are recognized in terms of hardware (MAC OUI, etc) as well as Security-related things like TPMs and certs, etc.
