I have 2 different countries with 2 different setups n 2 different AD's. We are using certificate basses authentication via CPPM. Now what could be done to give seem less user experience if some visitors from one country to another.

    Let's say
    - both countries having same SSID name.
    -Both location controls r master.

Will let u other info if required or ask queries.

You can write a role map to check the common name of the certificate which usually contains the domain and then create new enforcement rules based on this data.

    Yea, it is.

Another thing, can 1 CPPM server be in 2 different AD groups?
