On my cluster of IAP-104s, I've established two SSIDs, one for staff, one for guests. The Guest SSID is limited to Internet only, with no access to local resources. the staff SSID is open to local resources as well as Internet. Lately, when users connect to the staff SSID, they can get to their email and local resources, but can't get to the Internet. The users connected to the Guest SSID can access the Internet. Same user, same location, so in theory, same AP. The configuration hasn't changed, and all APs are set up the same. If I reboot the AP, the problem appears to correct itself for a little while, but then it comes back. So what's going on?

Do you have any ACL rules under STAFF ?

No, the rule is to allow any to all under staff.

Have you tested on wired using the VLAN and what's the behavior ?
    What's providing DHCP ?
When this issue happens can you ping the address vs the dns name ?
