    Hi All,

We have deployed 2 IAP-105's in a night club using Client Match feature and firmeware 4.0.0.1 sadly the devices seem to reboot themselves every so often. I have seen others reporting similar behaviour. We would need a fix quickyl since our solution depends on rock solid wifi.

    Thanks,

    Serge

Please open a case with TAC so they can debug the root cause of the reboots and work on a fix.

I have not yet opened the case with TAC but just wanted to confirm that a rollback to firmware 3.4.0.3 has resolved the reboot issue. As in we dont see any reboots anymore.

There is without a doubt an issue or two with 4.0.0.1, possibly related to load since we have a second site running a similar setup on 4.0.0.1 and have not seen any reboots. Could also be a combination of load + Client Match

    Thanks,

    Serge

    Just a quick update.

I rolled the customer back to 3.4.0.x for the holiday since I could not afford to have things go wrong. Now that we are past that I have updated to 4.0.0.2

Been running for a few days with no reboot but I have not re-enabled client-match. Next step will be to enable client match and see how that goes.
