IAP-109 password reset did not work, any ideas? I used "admin" "forgetme!".

    IAP-109 password reset did not work, any ideas? I used "admin" "forgetme!" via console port and just gave me the User:  prompt again.

    Password recovery is no longer available on Instant. You can reset the IAP to factory by following these instructions:
