IAP 2.4 & 5ghz led Orange - not show in VC

    We have a problem, implemented 40 iap 103s with firmware 4.1.1.13

    30 iaps are shown in the Instant VC, while the other 10 are not shown in VC

    We checked - all AP's do have an IP in LAN via dhcp
    We can ping those devices as well.
    If we surf to onw of those 10 AP's IP adresses, we are redirected to the VC Iap his IP address.

    The leds on those 10 iaps are as follow: poer and eth are green, 2.4ghz and 5ghz are orange.

    Even if those 10 iaps came shipped with other firmware, after being connected as last to network, they should receive VC his firmware version. Corewct?

    Ssh into an ap with a problem and type "show log system" and "show log provision" to see what the problem could be.

    Thanks for the response, will check tomorrow.

    Ps should they have to login: admin/admin or will they have the password that has been set for VC?

    It depends of the have joined the VC or not.

    Hi i have added the output of thise commands for one IAP (one of the 9 IAPs that don't show up in the VC).

     

    I have editted the files with xxx for IP adresses for privacy concerns.

    AP not allowed, turn off master election

    Are you allowing all APs to join the cluster?

    In instant > System > Auto Join is Enabled 

     

    So yes we allow all IAPs to join VC..
