I have created a test account at Aruba Cloud Central for cloud management of a couple of APs.

Instant setup is working perfect on the local network, but I cannot make them connect to cloud management. I have added keys and macs to the account.

    What to do?

    HI,

What about Activate ? do you have proper provisioning rule created in Activate and mapped to your folder ?. provisioning rule will help IAP to reach Central.

Please feel free for any further help on this.

Here is a snapshot which explains complete work flow of Activate and central.

Wonder why activate is not mentioned at all in the quick start guide.

Well, I stumbled into another problem at Activate, but I will create a new thread for that.

    Thanks!

I need some help. I provisioned 60 APs for a company just solely on Aruba Central. All came up and working fine. Now, I started to install them at customer site and they will not register with cloud central.

I can connect to the APs and get on the internet via the APs but still all the APs on Cloud Central are down with no clients connected.

    Please help
