IAP-215 doesn't send Instant SSID even after reset button.

    Hi

    Even after I reset button to initialize IAP-215, I can never see "Instant" SSID.
    Is there any configuration not be deleted by even a reset button?
    The LED after boot up with reset button is shown below.

    Without seeing an Instant SSID, I can't configure this IAP.
    What else can I configure?
    Four IAP-215 is same symptom, so it is not a hardwere failure.

    Hey, can you confirm the IAP is obtaining an IP address? Set up a DHCP server and plug in a console cable to confirm an IP address is being assigned.

    Hi Simon,

     

    If you know the IP address assigned to this IAP, you can access the WebUi of this IAP from a wired machine by typing the IP address in the web browser.
