IAP-277 System LED:Solid Red:General fault.

    Dear all of friends,

     

    Frist time installation of my Aruba IAP-277 I got this kind of Symptom.

    1. PC connected E1 by UTP Wired can go to Internet through E0/POE, working OK.

    2. Instant SSID is configured but not show up on WiFi interface on PC or Mobile phone.

    3. New creation of SSID is OK, but not show up on..

    3. System LED:Solid Red:General fault.

    4. show ap log wireless(system) as below.

    what is the meaning of message "APAS provision failed, code: fail-prov-no-shipped"?

     

    Please, tell me what is the next process to solve this problem?

    The APAS messages are usually when an IAP is trying to be provisioned into Central or AirWave and is failing. Since we don't have the whole log, you might just open a TAC case. Is the IAP getting an IP address? Is LLDP enabled on the uplink switch such that power negotiation works fine?

    Thanks for your help.

    1. TAC open: Aready done. TAC said that my product go beyond 90 day. So they need care pack. I just bought it from ebay one weeks ago. They cannot support my case.

     

    2. IP: I assign IP statically. Can connect to device.arubanetworks.com. Working.

    3. Power provided by Midspan Power Injector.

     

    I attached Full of Log and Tech Support file.

     

    Please, help. I want to know it is H/W problem or Configuration Fault.

     

    Main Problem point is not showing SSID on air.

    This is your problem below:  That AP requires an 802.3at compliant POE injector, NOT a 802.3af injector  http://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/ds/DS_AP270Series.pdf
