Make sure you are trying to install the following version : ArubaInstant_Orion_6.3.1.1-4.0.0.1_41049

Are you using AirWave or Central?

Are all the IAPs in the cluster IAP-105 or is this a mixed cluster?

Are these all -US?  Country code designations just changed in this release.

You may want to open a case with TAC for diagnosis. Be sure to grab the output of "show tech support" to post to the case notes.

I just looked for any open bug matches and did not find anything.

I have used the Instant Config on Airwave.  Have all the AP's in the same group but they are spread out at different facilities.  So basically there is 2 seperat VC with static ip's that are point back to Airwave to a community string.

Ah...............that is a screen capture from AirWave.  From your post it sounded like this was on the IAP.

AirWave does not yet have parity with IAP 4.x so I'm sure there is something in the new IAP config that AirWave does not know what to do with.  AirWave should be able to show you what the mismatch is.
