    Hi Airheads,

I have an issue on a small IAP deployment where I am using a DHCP server on the network.

I have configured the SSID to use such and can confirm the clients are getting their addresses from the correct scope and device but once the have their IP address they cant get anywhere on the wire.

What's the problem? L2 must be OK for DHCP to complete and I am only trying to reach the DG so think it must be something funky the IAP is doing or the switchport config itself.

Using HP comware switch. Switch port is as follows:

    port link-mode bridge
     description Aruba Access Point
     port link-type trunk
undo port trunk permit vlan 1
port trunk permit vlan 100 102 to 103
     port trunk pvid vlan 100
     stp edged-port

Any help would be most appreciated. Been noodle scratching for 2 hours so chances are it is something blindingly obvious as it always is :)

To confirm a wired client on access vlan 102, (where the DHCP server is and where the clients will live), gets an IP from the same server and doesnt have any issues.
