IAP115 - Radio down

    Hi guys,

     

    I have a strange issue (with workaround), and my customer demand explanation with this. Whenever we chose our Country to Malaysia (after initial factory reset ), the radio is down and I can't see default "instant" SSID. The workaround is to perform another factory reset, and we chose the Country to Japan and the radio is up, we can see "instant" SSID.

     

    Is this something wrong? The firmware we have here is latest 6.3.1.0-4.0.0

     

    When I perform "show run" on both Country Code (MY and JP) and compare them, they look identical except for this line.

     

    Japan

    virtual-controller-country JP3

     

    Malaysia

    virtual-controller-country MY

     

    Is this a firmware issue or known issue? Any help is much appreciate.

    I had a similar issue and what I noticed was that the instant network got disable , if you do a show network you will see that.

     

    But to try to enable it again its a pain.

    Escalated to TAC, the newer version 6.3.1.4-4.0.0.5 fixed the isue.
