IAP205H LEDs when used as a RAP - query

Hi

We have a couple of IAP205H that we have converted to RAPs. The conversion goes fine, the devices connect to our controllers fine, the SSIDs are broadcast fine, the users can connect fine and the traffic runs fine.  But... the "status" LED on the device won't go green.  It blinks green when the RAP is booting, then when it makes its connection to the controller, the LED goes RED.  The paperwork that come with devices says that red is bad, green is good, but we can not get it to go solid green.

Any ideas?

That does not look "red" in the picture.  It could be amber-solid:
